Gary L. Miller

Gary Miller has been a civil trial attorney since being admitted to the bar in 1983. He holds a B.S., with distinction, from the United States Naval Academy and obtained his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. Gary has tried property damage, personal injury and many other insurance related cases throughout Florida. He enjoys public speaking and has often addressed the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) on a number of property and insurance law related topics. He is a member of the Distinguished Justice Advocates, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was selected as a Florida Super Lawyer and Finance Monthly Lawyer of the Year for 2017. His attorney rating is “Superb.” Though his practice focuses on advocating for individuals, Gary has also represented a wide range of clients during his career, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Major League Baseball teams. He has also represented a number of award winning professional athletes and members of the entertainment industry. He is a successful masters track athlete, having won the Florida state 800m and 1500m age group titles on multiple occasions. When not practicing law or running, he can often be found playing his well worn Fender Stratocaster guitar. Gary and his wife, Cindy, reside in Odessa, Florida and support a number of youth related and other charitable organizations.
